It seems that this company diddle almost all of its customers. I don't see any positive comment from any of its customers in its Facebook page as well.
We were using their VPS service for almost four years. Now we've decided to leave this company for poor support and messy billing system. Their support team is very poor. Nobody picks up the call center numbers even though we kept calling them using international telephone channels. Live chat becomes unavailable if the server gets locked. And they do not care their customers at all. One of the worst hosting providers we have even seen. This company keeps billing for a service period even if they keep the server locked and unavailable to it customers.
